Our Team
Siena Rennie
Hi! I’m Siena, an 18-year-old senior at Novato High School and the Marin School of the Arts. Animals have always held a special place in my heart, and creating a nonprofit dedicated to helping them has been a goal of mine for many years.
My passion for animal welfare grew even stronger after volunteering at several animal shelters in South Africa, where I witnessed both the challenges shelters face and the incredible difference that adoption and community support can make. Those experiences inspired me to create Paws Priority and help connect at-risk shelter animals with people who can give them the loving homes they deserve.
Rescue animals have always been a big part of my life. I currently have one dog and two cats, all of whom were rescued. They are a constant reminder of how much potential, love, and companionship every shelter animal has to offer.
Elena Seymour
Hi! My name is Elena Seymour and I am from the Bay Area, California. Some of my passions include dancing and getting active in my community. I have always loved being around animals from a young age, and had empathy for those that don’t get an easy life.
This is why I believe it is so important to make sure that every animal gets a chance to live in a home where they can thrive and live a long healthy life! I hope that our website can continue to spread awareness about this issue and make a change.
